Call for Proposals:
Development of Land Dispute and Eviction Monitoring System
Kdadalak Sulimutuk Institute as the legal representative of Rede ba Rai invites qualified software developers, technology firms, or consultants to submit proposals for the design and development of a Land Dispute and Eviction Monitoring System in Timor-Leste.
This system aims to strengthen the documentation, mapping, and reporting of land disputes and forced evictions, supporting evidence-based advocacy and legal assistance for affected communities.
We are seeking a technical partner to develop a secure, user-friendly, and scalable digital platform with database and GIS mapping capabilities.
